Jonhon’s reliable ABS connectors for high-voltage systems combine durability with electrical safety, designed for 1,000V+ applications. The ABS material (Acrylonitrile Butadiene Styrene) offers high impact resistance (20-25 kJ/m²), preventing cracking during daily use, and UL94 V-0 flame retardancy for fire safety. Gold-plated contacts (50μin thickness) minimize resistance (≤5mΩ), reducing heat generation during 500A high-current charging. Jonhon’s connectors undergo rigorous testing: 10,000+ mating cycles, 500-hour salt spray exposure, and 1,000-hour high-temperature aging at 85°C. The material’s chemical resistance to oils and solvents makes them suitable for harsh environments, while IP67 sealing protects against dust and water ingress. With built-in mechanical interlocks and electronic protection circuits, these connectors ensure safe plugging/unplugging without arcing, making them reliable for high-voltage EV charging systems.
